The 2021 Fitzy Brut is made using traditional methods from 100% estate-grown grapes from Greata Ranch Vineyard. Predominantly Chardonnay is backed by Pinot Noir and Meunier. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 24 months on lees.

Aromas of pear and orange peel, with a light toasty note. The palate is balanced with good weight, texture and acidity. Notes of stone fruit and subtle cherry highlighted by bright bubbles and a long refreshing finish.
