FITZ Brut 2017 (65 Months on Lees)

FITZ Brut 2017 (65 Months on Lees)

At Fitz, we like to say “why wait to celebrate” however with this extra lees aged Fitz Brut 2017 we waited a very long time as it rested in our caves for 65 months.  This process called autolysis gives this sparkling wine more complexity, interest and a lingering finish which will rival the best from Champagne.
