Tasting Notes
This Chardonnay has aromatics of lemon crème brulee, apple and pear with a slight caramel toasty edge. The palate is dry with a rich broad flavour lead by acidity but rounded out with minerality, weight and viscosity. Some toasty savoury notes and a long bright finish. This wine will develop well with time in bottle.
